Return & Refund Policy

At Cork & Glow, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • It must be in the original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

To start a return, please contact us at corkandglowcontact@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos of the product

We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that have been used or damaged after delivery

  • Items returned without prior contact


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card provider—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted

  3. Contact your bank for processing times
